Take Notice – One of the five ways to wellbeing on the HR-OD Wellbeing Hub

The act of 'taking notice' heightens your awareness and enables you to focus on the current situation and to think specifically about the task you are attempting. Paying more attention to the present moment can improve your mental wellbeing. Some people call this awareness "mindfulness". Mindfulness can help you enjoy life more, understand yourself better and can positively change the way you feel about life and how you approach challenges. Please visit the Five Ways to Wellbeing web page where there are examples of activities that you can undertake to encourage mindfulness. 

Our Chaplaincy service offers online Mindfulness Meditation sessions every Friday from 11am to 11.50am contact for more information.
