Mental Health and Wellbeing

Prioritising our mental health and wellbeing has never been more important as the Covid-19 crisis continues. The Organisation Development team has produced a series of short video clips that look at Health and Wellbeing at Durham University, along with a quick introduction to each of the resource pages you can find on the Wellbeing Hub. GIVE – Is one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing on the Wellbeing Hub. Saturday 10 October was World Mental Health Day and the Mental Health charity Mind has been running a campaign: #DoOneThing and produced a short video sharing how doing things for others can be a boost for your wellbeing https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O0xMJDXzOds along with other resources available on their website.
