IT Service Desk - Support out of hours

From today we'll be changing the way you can contact the IT Service Desk outside of normal business hours.
Phone calls to the IT Service Desk will be answered between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday. If you need to reach us outside of these hours, these are your options.
Staff and Students are encouraged to log all IT support requests via the Self Service Portal located at https://servicedesk.durham.ac.uk
All support requests logged via the portal will be reviewed by the IT Service Desk during normal business hours: Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm.
In the event of an emergency IT issue which is affecting a large number of people (e.g. network unavailable in a college or department, system outage affecting all users of a core business system) members of staff are able to call security on 0191 33 42222 who will escalate this to the on call IT Support.
