Crafts for wellbeing

(3 July 2020)

The crafts for wellbeing programme we have been running for the postgraduate students have proven a success and we have therefore scheduled a further two sessions for the summer which are open to all staff and students. Both sessions are based on doodling, require no experience and need minimal materials. The concept of the session is for you to be creative and to relax in what is a stressful time for all of us.

  • Session 1 (15/07/2020) is a repeat of the doodle session held earlier in the year, but you are always welcome to attend again. In this session you will learn to draw some doodle patterns and create a postcard.
  • Session 2 (26/08/2020) is a follow up session in which we will use the doodle patterns to create a mandala pattern.

Details can be found on the training course booking system, course code GD876 Crafts for Wellbeing.
