'Education Project of the Year' awarded to Teaching and Learning Centre at the AV Technology Awards 2020

(26 June 2020)

Audio visual specialists Visavvi, who worked with the University's Computing and Information Services (CIS) to install cutting-edge digital technology at the new Lower Mountjoy Teaching and Learning Centre, were awarded the accolade of 'Education Project of the Year' at this year’s AV Technology Awards.

The AV Technology Awards, which were announced via a digital ceremony earlier this week, aim to showcase people, technologies and projects that are pushing the boundaries of innovation in audio visual technology.

The Teaching and Learning Centre’s state-of-the-art lecture theatres, teaching rooms and education labs are equipped with the latest digital technology to enhance students’ learning experience and encourage active learning. Find out more about the award-winning project on the Visavvi website.
