New 'leadership' workshop

(17 January 2020)

We are pleased to offer a new ‘leadership’ workshop to our programme. This workshop features the 'Situational Leadership' approach by Ken Blanchard Companies and is one of the most popular and widely utilised 'Theories of Leadership'. There are currently two workshops scheduled for 25 February 2020 and 24 June 2020, bookable on Training Course Booking System.

The Situational Leadership II model is about giving your team members the leadership style they need, when they need it. This improves competence, motivation and confidence. During the workshop, we will consider the core skills of the Situational Leader: Goal Setting, Diagnosing and Matching. We will also explore your Leadership Style Flexibility and Effectiveness.

Please note that this course is suitable for line managers, supervisors and team leaders and requires pre-work. There is also a cost of £85 per participant to cover the pre-work questionnaire and participant workbooks. This must be paid prior to the workshop. This charge will not be refunded in the event of non-attendance or late cancellation at this workshop.
