Ustinov College and Neville's Cross Community Association Christmas Festival

(29 November 2019)

Come and join Ustinov College and Nevilles Cross Community Association for our annual Christmas Festival, held at Ustinov College, Sheraton Park on Friday 6 December from 3pm - 5.30pm. This event is free of charge and open to staff, students and local community residents.

Visitors can meet Father Christmas, his trusty helper ‘Elvis’ the Reindeer, watch a puppet show or decorate a lantern, to the backdrop of the festive sounds of Durham Johnston School Brass and Ustinov College Choir.

Hot food will also be available and a Glow Mob will stage a festive dance act.

Festival-goers will then stage a lantern parade from the college, at 5.15pm, to nearby St John’s Church, for a short carol service, featuring Nevilles Cross Community Choir, starting at 6pm.

The event rounds off with hot drinks, mince pies and a further glow mob display.

This event promises in true Ustinov style to be a celebration of the diversity of the local community. We look forward to welcoming you this year!
