Barclaycard Spend Management (BSM) system update – Changes to login process

Barclays is updating our online platform BSM. From Wednesday 27 November a PINsentry device will be required to login to the system. Your user name and the receipting process will remain the same.
Don’t have a Barclaycard or PINsentry
Staff members who currently don’t have a Barclaycard will be contacted and issued with an Authentication Card, PINsentry Device and PIN number. These will be provided through the University’s internal postal system, directly to your department.
If you have not received a PINsentry device by Wednesday 27 November please contact Corporatecard.email@example.com.
Logging into BSM for the first time after the update
Barclays has confirmed the way you access, receipt and authorise transactions will remain the same. The first time you log into BSM after the update you will be prompted to confirm your email address and enter a mobile telephone number. These fields are mandatory. When requested to enter a mobile telephone number please enter the following: 07777777777.
