Oracle Cloud introduction: expenses and advances deadline

On Monday 4 November, our current People+ HR and Finance systems will be replaced by Oracle Cloud, a cloud-based computer system which we believe will offer a much improved service across payroll, HR, expenses, recruitment, timesheets and absence. An email that has been sent to all staff detailing key messages and actions ahead of the ‘Go Live’ date can be found here.
In particular, please note that for expenses and advances to be included in the final run in People+, they must be approved by 5pm on Thursday 31 October. Any expenses claims in People+ not approved by this deadline will have to be re-input into Oracle Cloud from Monday 4 November.
