OneDrive for Business

(20 September 2019)

To give you more options for storing your work and study data, CIS is now fully supporting all staff and students to use OneDrive for Business. Part of the Office 365 suite, OneDrive is a secure personal data storage solution that can be accessed anywhere with an internet connection and a web browser or via the dedicated Office 365 Apps. Using your phone, tablet, or computer, you can continue what you started – wherever you happen to be and any changes you make will be updated on all your devices.

OneDrive is a great option for cloud-based storage and collaboration, giving you options to share documents and folders with colleagues, should you wish to do so. OneDrive gives you access to 1TB of personal cloud storage space, allowing you to safely and securely file your personal documents and especially confidential data. The new storage guidance tool will help you understand the main recommended options available to you. The service is available to you here, Windows and OSX clients, web access, Mobile Apps and Office 2013 and above. For more information about OneDrive for Business, visit our OneDrive web page.
