Stress Management workshop

(15 February 2019)

Stress can be exhausting! Long term stress can lead to lack of concentration, an inability to make decisions, lethargy, declining performance, motivation and ultimately can lead to illness and sickness absence. Within teams it can contribute to conflict and disharmony. This half-day workshop takes place on Thursday, 7 March in the Old Library, Grey College at 9.30am. To book your place please visit to the Training Course Booking System.

This workshop aims to help individuals understand stress; why and how it can become a negative force. The ‘Stress CPR’ strategy, delivered by facilitator Dave Algeo, ‘the Stress(ed) Guru’ is a no nonsense approach to taking back control from stress. It will provide a wealth of tips and tactics to help reduce stress, manage pressure and improve wellbeing.
