The first workshop ‘Leading a Thriving Team’ will take place on Tuesday, 5 March and will explore the culture of your team and approaches to developing a culture in which your team can thrive, including meeting delivery targets, adapting to new approaches, learning new skills and maintaining well-being. This full-day session starts at 9.30am and can be booked on the Training Course Booking System

‘Developing Yourself as a Leader’ on Monday, 18 March addresses the challenges of leadership for today by asking participants to reflect upon their leadership styles and behaviours. The workshop also explores ways in which participants can enhance their leadership style.

There are many other workshops available for booking; don’t be put off if a workshop is full, book onto a waiting list as cancellations do occur nearer the time.
