Palace Green Library's Bodies of Evidence

(23 August 2018)

As part of Palace Green Library's Bodies of Evidence exhibition, there is an extensive programme full of events for various ages, including free workshops, evening lectures, exhibition tours with subject specialists, and free family activities. Please visit Palace Green Library's What's On page to view the events listings.

'Bodies of Evidence: How science unearthed Durham's dark secret' (9 June - 7 October) tells the story of the Scottish soldiers whose remains were discovered in the two mass burial sites in Durham city centre in 2013. The exhibition explores the latest scientific techniques to reveal the soldiers' story.

All events require booking in advance, except where stated, even if the event is free of charge. This is to ensure that capacity is not exceeded and to avoid disappointment.
