Stress Management Workshop

(1 June 2018)

As the current programme of workshops for the academic year 2017/18 draws to a close there are still a few places left on the remaining workshops. The forthcoming ‘Stress Management’ session takes place on Monday, 11 June at 1.30pm - 4.30pm MHL240 at the Business School. Places are limited so please take the opportunity to book as soon as possible via the Training Course Booking System.

This workshop aims to help individuals understand stress; why and how it can become a negative force. The ‘Stress CPR’ strategy, delivered by the trainer Dave Algeo, the ‘Stress(ed) Guru’ is a no nonsense approach to taking back control from stress. It will provide a wealth of tips and tactics to help reduce stress, manage pressure and improve wellbeing. Further details can be found at this link and bookings can be made.

If there is a waiting list, please take the opportunity to book yourself onto the workshop because places do become available and you will be contacted up to the day before when cancellations frequently occur. You will also have the chance to register for future workshops
