Want to know when and where you will be teaching in 2018/19?

(3 May 2018)

The Draft Teaching Timetable for 2018/19 is now available to check online. Staff are encouraged to check the details of their teaching commitments for 2018/19 at their earliest opportunity as the deadline for requests for changes is Friday, 25 May.

To access an individual staff timetable click on 'Staff' and enter your CIS login and then select weeks to view. If you cannot access your personal timetable online please contact your Timetable Coordinator. You can also access timetable information online by module.

Staff may only request changes to the timetable via the Timetable Coordinator for their department. A list of Timetable Coordinators by Department is available on this web page: https://www.dur.ac.uk/timetable/staff/ .

The deadline for all essential changes is 5pm on Friday, 25 May. The timetable will then be frozen so continuing students can make their module choices for 2018/19. To ensure that there is time to complete changes before the draft timetable is released to students please send requests for changes to your Timetable Coordinator well before the 25th of May.

Please note any request to change the day or time of teaching will require a specific reason.
