Receive your voicemails via email
(29 September 2016)
Do you miss important voicemails because you're working away from the office? We've added a new feature to our telephony service so you can now receive an email attachment of each voicemail you receive. Read on to find out how to set it up.
If you request 'voicemail to email', your voicemail messages will be sent to your University email address as a .wav file and can be listened to wherever you access your emails, whether that’s your computer, tablet or mobile phone – just make sure you’ve got speakers or headphones. To get started, or to request voicemail if you haven’t already got it set up, contact the IT service desk on 0191 334 1515 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
