The affected services are:

  • Managed desktops (staff)
  • User Account Management

Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience interruptions to service.

We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

We are aware of an issue affecting staff Apple Mac devices which may interrupt the standard logon process and require an alternate logon process to log back in.

If your Mac is working as expected do not logout or restart your Mac until further guidance is provided.

If you have logged out or restarted and are unable to log back into your Mac device, please contact the IT Service Desk.

We will provide a further update in due course.

This incident has been investigated and should now be fully resolved.
