Planned Maintenance for CIS Services

We will be carrying out planned maintenance work which will affect CIS Services between 07:00 6 December 2022 and 09:00 6 December 2022.

We are carrying out this work to Perform urgent maintenance. Whilst the work is taking place, users may experience a loss of service.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will work to keep any potential disruption to a minimum.

Following the incident last Wednesday which impacted IT Services on campus, CIS will be carrying out essential maintenance during two periods this week:

Tuesday 6 December morning between 07:00 – 09:00

This maintenance is required to restore resilience to our systems. Whilst the work in underway, there will be intermittent disruption to all IT Services.

You should save your work before the maintenance commences and ensure you are logged out of applications to avoid any loss of data.

The maintenance which took place last night (Monday 5 December) and this morning (Tuesday 6 December) has been completed successfully.

This incident, which began on Wednesday 30 Novemeber, should now be fully resolved. If you experience any further issues, please contact the IT Service Desk.
