The affected services are:

  • Eduroam wireless network
  • Staff wireless network (DU Wireless)
  • Student wireless network (DU Student)
  • The Cloud wireless network (TheCloud@Durham)
  • Network

Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience a loss of service.

We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

Network connectivity issues - Rowan House.

The following locations are currently without any network or telephony connectivity services.

Rowan House, Ground floor and lower ground floor.

The network team and local field team are investigating this as a matter of urgency.

Further updates will be communicated.

The network connectivity to Rowan House has now been restored.

Any further issues should be reported to the IT Service Desk as normal.
