We are aware of an issue affecting embedded Panopto videos within Learn Ultra.
Users may encounter an error message when attempting to access or add course videos.

The error message is "This link is broken. The corresponding placement has been deleted. Contact your system administrator for more information".

The recordings are still available directly from the Panopto website, instructions on how to do this can be found on My Digital Durham (https://durhamuniversity.sharepoint.com/sites/MyDigitalDurham/SitePages/FAQ-Item.aspx?FAQ-ID=171)

The issue is being investigated by Panopto and they are aware of the urgency of the matter. We will provide a further update in due course.
