Planned Maintenance for multiple services

We will be carrying out planned maintenance work which will affect multiple services between 07:00 8 June 2022 and 08:00 8 June 2022. The affected services will be:

  • Staff wired network
  • Eduroam wireless network
  • Staff wireless network (DU Wireless)
  • Student wireless network (DU Student)
  • The Cloud wireless network (TheCloud@Durham)
  • Network

We are carrying out this work to Replace equipment/hardware. Whilst the work is taking place, users may experience a loss of service.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will work to keep any potential disruption to a minimum.

This relates only to 18 North Bailey.
CIS is carrying out routine maintenance to the network on Wednesday 8th June between 7.00-8.00am. During this maintenance there will be disruptions to all CIS at periods; this includes network services such as Telephony, Wireless and Wired network as well as Internet access at these locations.

You should save your work before the maintenance commences and ensure you are logged out of network and cloud applications to avoid any loss of data.
