We are aware of a widespread issue affecting Meeting Owl Pro's where the camera function is un-useable in Teams or Zoom.

We have identified a resolution which requires CIS to visit the location of the Owl and physically apply a change, and we will commence this activity today. In the meantime, we believe the Owl microphone and speakers are still useable.

Should you have an urgent requirement to use the full features of the Meeting Owl Pro over the coming days, please log a call with the IT ServiceDesk and we will prioritise the request.

Further to our earlier message, we are pleased to confirm the recent issue affecting the use of a number of Meeting Owl Pro's has been resolved for the majority of Owl's.

However, there are a small number of Owl's that are showing as offline (likely boxed) and we are contacting departments to gain access to those devices, so they can be checked and updated where necessary.

We are continuing to work closely with our partner to understand the cause of the issue and to prevent any future disruptions.
