Planned Maintenance for multiple services

We will be carrying out planned maintenance work which will affect multiple services between 13:00 10 March 2022 and 13:30 10 March 2022. The affected services will be:

  • Staff wired network
  • Telephony
  • Eduroam wireless network
  • Staff wireless network (DU Wireless)
  • Student wireless network (DU Student)
  • The Cloud wireless network (TheCloud@Durham)
  • Network

We are carrying out this work to Replace equipment/hardware. Whilst the work is taking place, users may experience a loss of service.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and will work to keep any potential disruption to a minimum.

This relates only to accommodation blocks D,E,F & G at St. Aidan's College.
CIS is carrying out routine maintenance to the network on Thursday 10th March between 13.00-13.30. During this maintenance there will be disruptions to all CIS at periods; this includes network services such as Telephony, Wireless and Wired network as well as Internet access at these locations.

You should save your work before the maintenance commences and ensure you are logged out of network and cloud applications to avoid any loss of data.
