We are aware of an incident currently affecting multiple services in All University locations.
The affected services are:
- Eduroam wireless network
- Staff wireless network (DU Wireless)
- Student wireless network (DU Student)
- The Cloud wireless network (TheCloud@Durham)
Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience interruptions to service.
We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
We are currently investigating intermittent issues with the wireless network which is affecting all locations.
We are dealing with this as a high priority and updates are to follow.

We are pleased to advise we have successfully resolved the ongoing issues affecting the wireless service.
All users should be able to connect successfully now.
