Further details

Essential maintenance is being carried out within the Data Centre between 7am and 8am on Wednesday 8th December.

During this maintenance there will be interruptions to service within our datacentres. This means the services hosted in our datacentres will be unavailable to anyone (remote or on campus) for periods throughout the work; this includes network services such as Telephony, Wireless and Wired network as well as web services and applications such as the CMS, AppsAnywhere, Banner etc.

You should save your work before the maintenance commences and ensure you are logged out of applications like Banner to avoid any loss of data.

There may be a risk to systems hosted in the cloud, such as Microsoft 365, Oracle HCM etc.

As the disruption will be intermittent, all services should continue to be considered at risk between 7-8am as we carry out the maintenance.
