Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience limited access to service.

We are currently investigating a new issue relating to recordings not being visible within Learn Ultra and Encore.
We are working on this as a priority and will provide a further update once we have concluded initial investigations.

Following our earlier communication regarding some missing recordings within Encore, we would like to advise that we are making a change to Encore this evening. This will be the first step in resolving this issue.
We are continuing discussions with Panopto to plan restoring of the hidden recordings and we hope to be in a position to confirm timescales for this later in the week. We apologise for the delay.
