We are aware there is a current issue with Turnitin in DUO where under certain circumstances using Edge/Chrome means you cannot create submission points and the final submit to create does not work. We are also trying to establish whether this issue also affects assessment submissions.
CIS are working with Turnitin to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we have been advised that Firefox should work in the meantime.
