We are aware of an incident currently affecting multiple services in All University locations.
The affected services are:
- Remote Access
Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience interruptions to service.
We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.
Due to a significant security risk we have temporarily disabled the ability to print from our Parallels servers. Parallels is the system used when you launch an application remotely via AppsAnywhere. Please be assured that we will enable printing on Parallels as soon as possible, however, this will be dependent upon Microsoft releasing a patch to remove the current vulnerability.
Please note that the EveryonePrint service is unaffected and can be accessed whilst connected to the university network.
