We are aware of an incident currently affecting HR/Payroll management system (Oracle HCM) in All University locations.

Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience a loss of service.

We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

The HR and payroll system is experiencing an interuption of service.
CIS have identified the problem and are working on the solution now.

The incident is now resolved. If you experience issues with the staff portal, please log out clear the browser cache and relogin to the portal.
The service will be monitored over the weekend and this will be updated on monday at 09:00

The HR service is currently undergoing testing. CIS staff are currently working with the vendor to resolve any remaining issues with the system.


Please do not logon to the system at this time.

CIS Technical Services Teams continue to troubleshoot this problem. The system is currently undergoing system checks and validation. Should those be successful the service will be returned to live status.

We have identified the root cause of the issue with The CoreHR People+ system and are continuing to work towards the resolution. We apologise for the interruption, and are working toward service restoration.
