We are aware of an incident currently affecting multiple services in All University locations.

The affected services are:

  • Eduroam wireless network
  • Staff wireless network (DU Wireless)

Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience a loss of service.

We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

An interim workaround has been put in place for DU Wireless and this is now available however is still considered to be at risk.
We continue to investigate the issue with the Eduroam Wireless Service.
This has been escalated to our support partner and is being treated with the highest priority.
