We are aware of an incident currently affecting multiple services in All University locations.
The affected services are:
- Student email & calendar (Office 365)
- Staff email and calendar (Office 365)
Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience a slower response time.
We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

CIS are aware of a number of issues with the Microsoft Outlook client that are affecting performance.
The following issues have been identified:
* Slow response times when switching folders.
* Slow response times when switch from Email to Calendar View
* Email messages appearing in the Outbox but being successfully delivered
We are actively investigating the Outlook issues to identify a cause.
