We are aware of an incident currently affecting Printing in All University locations.

Whilst the incident is ongoing, users may experience interruptions to service.

We are working to address the issue and restore normal service as quickly as possible. We will be posting updates as they become available. Thank you for your patience.

Further details

We are currently aware and investigating an issue with the email to print service. Users who are sending emails to the print service are currently unable to retrieve their documents.
Users should log on to open access PCs and print direct to print queues to retrieve their documents.

We are investigating this as a priority with our supplier.

The email to print issue has now been resolved. We continue to monitor the Service as it is considered at risk.

If you receive a bounce back message when sending to the print email address, you will need to delete the address you have saved and type out in full one of the following:

Black & White = printmono@durham.ac.uk
Colour = printcolour@durham.ac.uk

We will update with further details as they become available.

We have seen some further instability with Email Print today and are continuing to investigate this issue with our supplier.

During any interruption to the email print service please use the following guidance to print from a PC if possible:

The Email to Print Service is now working.
