Software Requests
How to request IT Software from Durham University
The previous CIS software request process has now been streamlined so that users will only need to request software services via CIS Self-Service Portal. The request will go directly to the required team within CIS to action dependent on the form completed. You will be able to track all stages of the request process via your service request.
The new forms located in the self-service portal: Link
