IT self-service - log your own calls, track progress and leave feedback online

The new look self-service portal is a quick and easy way to request CIS services or report an IT issue. All staff and students can log new calls, check the progress of ongoing calls and leave feedback once they are completed. Try it out next time you need IT support, by visiting here.
Self-service is the most efficient way for us to process your request and a new simple form explains the information we need to resolve your request quickly.
We'll also use the self-service portal to keep you updated about any widespread service disruption and at the click of a button you can let us know if you’re affected as well. Once we've completed your request, you can now give us feedback in ‘TripAdvisor’ style, helping us to continually improve the service we provide.
Please take the time to use this feature to let us know how we're doing – we want to know! A lot of forms have moved online, so if you want to do things like requesting or extending user accounts, requesting access to shared drives and folders, or access to buildings, you can now use the self-service portal rather than completing a paper form.
We know how important communication is when you’re waiting for a call to be completed, so you can monitor the progress of existing calls or provide further updates.
