The wireless MAC address may only be viewable when already connected to a wireless network. We suggest briefly connecting to TheCloud@Durham or a hotspot provided by your phone for the purposes of identifying your MAC address in order to register it for LinkIT.

  1. Press Home on your remote
  2. Select Settings
  3. Select All Settings
  4. Select Network > Wi-Fi Connection
  5. Select TheCloud@Durham or your own network.

Once connected, The Advanced Wi-Fi Settings option beneath the list of available wireless networks should become available.
Select this to view information about the connection which should include your TV's wireless MAC address.
