Dual Mode Teaching

The Meeting Owl Pro is an all in one Camera, Speaker and Microphone combo with easy plug and play setup.

It features a 360 Degree 1080p camera to record or stream video through services such as Teams or Zoom.

You can find out which rooms have them in already by selecting "Meeting Owl Pro" in the equipment field on our AV Room Search tool.

We are also rolling out Meeting Owl Pros in a number of non-centrally bookable spaces as well as providing a number of Owl Pros that can move between rooms. A full list of non-centrally bookable spaces which will be equipped with an Owl can be found here.

The Avocor is a new standalone large format display ideal for meetings and dual mode teaching.

Bring your own device such as Laptop or tablet and connect to the Avocor as a secondary display.

Once connected you can take advantange of the large 4K touchscreen, intergrated camera and stereo speakers.

3 Avocor displays have been added to assist with Whiteboard capturing in addition to the already exisiting AV System in the following rooms:

The DTEN is a standalone meeting screen used for Zoom rooms.

It does not require you to bring your own device and you can join or start meetings directly from the screen.

It features a 120 degree camera, microphone array to pickup talking even from the back of the room and a 4K Touchscreen with whiteboard feature.
