Student email
If you are an undergraduate or taught post-graduate you will have access to our student email service – providing you with email and calendar functions and storage for your emails. Check your Durham email regularly as colleges, departments and service providers (e.g. the Library and CIS) get in touch with you at this address and you don’t want to miss anything important.
Your email address will follow the below format
Surname, First name, Initial #2, etc. (e.g. Smith, Amanda B.)
Where the individual is a student, this will be indicated like this:
Smith, Amanda B. (Student) = Amanda.B.Smith@durham.ac.uk
To check what your email address is, just visit our accounts page, Enter your CIS username and password and your email address will be displayed there.
Your email service is currently provided by Microsoft Office 365. On our student email web pages you'll find:
