Our Priorities

CCLCJ fosters contextualised, theoretically grounded, and empirical research on criminal law, laws of evidence, and their social applications, as well as on the processes, structures, actors, and principles of criminal justice.

We work in a variety of ways by formulating and carrying out long-term research projects, organising lectures, conferences and workshops, providing a supportive environment for postgraduate students to present and explore their research, and providing professional training and consultancy to external bodies.
