Open Innovation

7 January 2019 - 17 January 2019
09:00 to 17:00

Find ideas from your suppliers, competitors and customers and develop them for competitive advantage with this free online course

In today’s world, the development of new products and services is not confined within one organisation or indeed one country. To succeed, businesses must be willing to work with others, to spot and develop ideas – a model known as open innovation. Discover how to find ideas for innovation from the outside world – for example, suppliers, competitors or customers – and integrate them into your own supply chain, to develop new processes, products and services.

The course is being delivered by Dr Christos Tsinopoulos, Director of Masters in Management Programmes and Professor in Operations and Project Management. Christos teaches on MBA and MSC programmes and his research interests are in open innovation across the supply chain.
