One-to-one support

The IT Service Desk is your first point of contact for all requests, queries and issues (faults or problems) concerning University provided IT facilities and services.

You can contact the IT Service Desk in a number of ways:

  • Complete an online form
  • Call on Ext.: 41515 or 0191 334 1515.
  • In person at either the Durham IT Service Desk in Bill Bryson Library (2nd floor), Science Site (between 09:00 and 17:00, Monday to Friday) or in the Queens Campus Library in the Ebsworth Building (between 09:00 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 16:45, each weekday, during term time only).

Open to taught students, you can attend as few or as many as you need. It is important to make best use of your time, so think carefully about the academic skills you need to develop.
