Book a have not borrowed is on my list

I have been looking through my list with borrowed books now and I saw a book, which I don't know about. I checked the history and it is borrowed few weeks ago. What shall I do? How is this possible?

If there is a book on your record that you don't think you've borrowed, it could be for several reasons; when you finished using one of our borrowing machines, your record could have been left open and someone else could have borrowed books on your account, for example. Alternatively, if you had that book previously but gave it back to us, it could have been returned incorrectly.
