Why has my DDS request disappeared from my record?

Article requests will be removed from your record as soon as the article arrives, so make sure to check your email or pigeonhole. Electronic delivery article requests will not show up on your record unless there is a problem which needs to be looked into by staff. Book requests which disappear may have been cancelled: contact DDS staff for further information.
