Databases are collections of information. The Library subscribes to many different kinds of databases covering a wide range of subjects. There are databases that only index and abstract journals, while others include some items in full-text. Some are based on publishers’ lists of titles, while others are ‘aggregator’ databases that collect full-text articles from a variety of sources such as journals, magazines, and newspapers.
