What does the catalogue status 'being labelled' mean?

Postby d67a9y » 28 Aug 2009, 15:01

Usually, the 'status' column within the catalogue record for each item held by the Library will either bear the words 'not on loan' or inform you of the date the item is due for return. If you see the words 'being labelled' under this heading, the book has been catalogued and is being labelled prior to shelving. Please consult Library staff - it should be possible to borrow this item.
