I have a query about my Library record. Where should I ask?

If you have any questions about or problems with your Library account, please speak to staff at the service desks at Palace Green, Education or Queen's Campus library, or if you are in the Main library, contact the dedicated Enquiries Desk adjacent to the library entrance on level 2.
