Can I return Durham books to any Durham-based library?

Aside from returning Main, Palace Green and Education library books to the library at Queen's Campus in Stockton, books from the Durham-based libraries must be returned to their home library. For example, you cannot return a Main library book to the Education library, or a Palace Green item to the Main library.
