Wolfson Director appointed as health advisor

Professor Tim Blackman, Director of the Wolfson Research Institute, has been appointed by the Department for Communities and Local Government as a Local Improvement Advisor.

He will specialise in providing consultancy advice to local public services and partnerships on improving health and tackling health inequalities, especially delivery of Local Area Agreements and supporting the work of Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnerships across England.
