Wolfson Fellow Professor David Hunter has been formally invited to participate in and speak at the Karolinska Institutet Medical Management Centre 10th Anniversary and the Anniversary Seminar on translational research and implementation science.
The conference aims are:
For Swedish healthcare leaders to gain knowledge of effective strategies and structures for putting research knowledge into practice to improve health service quality and reduce costs.
For Swedish researchers to make contact with leading local and international researchers to learn about methods and strategies for enabling the uptake of research and methods for studying effective knowledge translation approaches.
For the wider scientific community to receive well-argued proposals for actions to develop both translational research and health services to be able to make more use of research to improve patient care.
