Previously Professor Graham Towl worked as the Chief Psychologist with the Ministry of Justice for England and Wales. He was responsible for the applications of psychology in Criminal justice. In his previous role as Head of Psychological Services in Prisons and Probation services he led the growth of staff from around 400 to 1000 over a five year period. He is the recipient of the British Psychological Society's Award for Distinguished Contributions to Professional Practice.
