Durham Singers: American Christmas

A programme of Christmas Music, including works by Eric Whitacre and Morten Lauridsen, and arrangements of popular Christmas songs. This year our Christmas concert takes us across the Atlantic for a heart-warming festive programme that includes works by contemporary American composers, music inspired by the American gospel tradition, and a selection of popular Christmas songs.

Morten Lauridsen's setting of "O Magnum Mysterium" is a modern classic, and Peter Gritton's lovely arrangements are guaranteed to put everyone in the mood for Christmas.
